We will ensure that all information is retained and only contacts with matching information in all fields will be cleaned up. Microsoft has released a Windows Hotfix file to remove the contacts folder synced by the Teams app. Some Safari users are unable to add email addresses in the To section, or cannot point the cursor in the To field. Customers with only a 3rd party email address set up as the username of their Microsoft Account will be asked to add a 1st party Microsoft alias to their account before accessing Outlook.com. You can create a new sites.google.com Outlook Data File and drag the items in the Lost and Found folder into the new data file. After you've moved all the items, you can remove the Recovered Personal Folders (.pst) file, including the Lost and Found folder. To create a new Outlook Data File, go to Create an Outlook Data File.
